Exploring Self Employment Workshops

Exploring Self Employment (ESE) workshops provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the information they need in order to decide if self employment is the right choice for them. Participants explore critical issues related to business planning in an interactive group setting. The workshop provides tools and information to help participants learn about testing business ideas, analyzing markets, finding customers, examing personal and business finances, and business planning. Services provided by NVR, Social Security benefits planning, and access to capital for Nebraskans are also discussed.

Workshops begin promptly at 9:00 AM and typically end at 3:00 PM. All Exploring Self Employment Workshops are held at vocational rehabilitation offices.
