Informed Choices is a data collection tool designed to assist rehabilitation counselors with self employment outcomes. Information critical to the business planning process is captured via Informed Choices and it provides a snapshot of the clients business concept, benefits structure, and financial situation. Furthermore, it allows the client to organize his/her thoughts in a structured yet not overly intensive manner.
